Organizer

The competition is organized by LEAV Aviation GmbH, Von-der-Wettern-Straße 25, 51149 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer“). In the case of recurring competitions, these conditions apply to all future iterations of the game, unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

Eligible to participate are persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of their participation and have their residence in Germany. Employees of the Organizer and their family members are excluded from participation. Participation is free of charge and not tied to the purchase of products or services.

Competition Period

The competition takes place regularly. Each round begins and ends at the times announced on the Organizer’s website or through its social media channels.

Participation

To participate in the competition, participants must play the LEAV Mini-Game and then successfully register via the associated contact form (providing a player name, an email address, consent to the privacy policy, and the competition terms and conditions).

Prizes

The exact prizes will be announced as part of the competition on the Organizer’s website or through its social media channels. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified by email after the end of the competition. If the winners do not respond within 14 days of notification, the claim to the prize expires and a new winner will be determined.

Data Protection

The personal data collected from participants in the context of the competition will be used by the Organizer exclusively for the execution of the competition and will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the handling of the competition.

Liability

The Organizer is not liable for damages arising in connection with participation in the competition, the acceptance, and use of the prizes, unless these damages are due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions and Termination of the Competition

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time or to terminate or interrupt the competition for good cause without prior notice.

Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing and the granting of the prizes.
